I have been using this phone from past 1 year and there are no signs of wear and tear. Mind you this is plastic and can break if falls down. Range and Usability: More than required. It has a great range and battery life is 144 hours standby and 7 hours of talktime which is more than enough for me. I am very happy. What is missing: The look for product is great but it lacks premium in hand feel. Moreover  Pansonic KX-TG3411SX lacks a speaker button which is a feature in KX-TG3611SX. If there is a power outage these phones are not going to work. The ringing volume is great but little less in comparison to a normal Landline phone.
